Processing agreement

A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) sets out the agreed handling of personal data for the service. It is distinct from a marketing website’s privacy notice or terms of use.

We are preparing our standard TMS processing documentation for review. No approved downloadable standard DPA is currently offered on this page. Contact legal@tilbridge.kz to discuss your requirements or provide your organization’s proposed terms for review. This enquiry page does not itself form a DPA or promise acceptance of a particular contract.

What to send us

• Your organization’s legal name, country, and a contract or privacy contact.
• Whether you process your own data or act on behalf of your customers.
• The intended evaluation or service scope and dates, and the general types of data involved.
• Any required processing locations, restrictions on AI services, or upstream customer obligations.
• Your requested return/deletion arrangements and any security questionnaire or proposed DPA.

Describe data categories rather than sending actual personal records, confidential documents, credentials, or API keys.

What needs agreement

The discussion should cover the processing purpose and duration, each party’s responsibilities, enabled providers and locations, security measures, access and confidentiality, incident and rights-request assistance, and the return or deletion of data at the end of the service.

International-transfer arrangements depend on the parties, data, and actual processing locations. A global product still needs to account for applicable requirements; choosing a primary hosting region does not settle all contractual or transfer questions. We address those details for the intended service rather than presenting a single blanket compliance claim.
