Operator and scope
These terms cover the tilbridge.com and tilbridge.kz marketing websites operated by Tilbridge Tech LLP (BIN 260440008140), registered in Kazakhstan, at Almaty, 69A Satpayev St., Office 401. Contact legal@tilbridge.kz. They cover browsing, website content and access enquiries; they do not govern use of the TMS application or processing of customer translation files.
Access requests and product information
Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid subscription or guarantee access, availability, a launch date or a particular feature. Pricing, trial conditions, service commitments and any TMS customer or data-processing agreement must be agreed separately. Product mockups illustrate the product; features labelled as planned or coming soon are not promises of present availability.
Permitted use
You may browse the website and contact us for legitimate business enquiries. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, send spam, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access. Security testing requires our prior written permission. Nothing in these terms restricts activities or rights that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, branding, design and illustrations are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Rights remain with their respective owners. You may link to the website and use it for its intended informational purpose. Reuse beyond permissions provided by law requires the rights holder’s permission. You retain rights to material you submit and permit us to handle it only as needed to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send confidential translation files, passwords or sensitive personal data through the access form.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle enquiries, browser preferences, analytics and optional marketing. Marketing and analytics are separate choices; neither is required to request access. Request confirmations and replies about your enquiry are service communications, not a subscription to marketing.

Updates and languages
We may revise these website terms and display the revised date on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter a separate signed agreement. English, Russian and Kazakh versions are intended to express the same terms. If you notice a discrepancy, contact us for clarification; mandatory law continues to apply.
