v2026.10.5 — Vendor-aware workflows, richer evidence and dependable review
Exchange bilingual files with more vendor context, understand terminology and TM evidence, and keep project work recoverable from intake through review.
Added
- Vendor-aware bilingual exchange. Plain XLIFF, Trados SDLXLIFF and memoQ MQXLIFF workflows now preserve the document, formatting, status and comment context needed for a dependable round trip.
- Richer terminology evidence. Term Expert can use confirmed translations and job-scoped TM concordance, with reconciliation and challenge evidence available for review.
- More visible project work. Work rows, workflow tabs, deadlines, completion and recovery states make operational progress easier to follow.
- Stronger editor evidence. Match provenance, vendor notes, replacement facets, revision cards and terminology changes explain what a user is seeing and what an action will do.
Improved
- Formatting-aware exports. Paired tags, neutral markup and Phrase MXLIFF formatting survive import/export more reliably, including styled text and common keyboard formatting.
- Safer workflow recovery. Interrupted steps can be resumed or started over, and required writable resources are checked before a step can write to translation memory.
- Clearer review controls. Reviewer terminology mode, exact-match handling and terminology counts distinguish confirmed, edited and still-reviewable content more precisely.
- More readable interface details. Filters, badges, match-panel wording, locked rows, long names and compact dialog tables now communicate their state more clearly.
Fixed
- Vendor and import edge cases. Trados location markers, memoQ tags and comments, plain-XLIFF refusal paths, Word/PowerPoint drawing names and bilingual split handling now follow the correct document rules.
- Project and editor reliability. Language-pair resource reloads, editor match-panel updates, workflow links and completion summaries no longer lose context during ordinary navigation.
- Terminology review counts. Russian inflected forms are counted as present when they match the reviewed term, avoiding misleading terminology warnings.
