v2026.09.15 — Concordance, clearer revision history and OpenAI support
Search translation memories from the editor, understand how translations changed, and connect your organization's OpenAI key.
Added
- Concordance search in the editor. Find words and phrases in the job’s readable translation memories, with source, target or both-side search and highlighted bilingual examples. Select text and press Ctrl/Cmd+K to start a search, or enter a query in the Concordance tab.
- OpenAI with your own key. Organizations can connect an OpenAI API key for supported recipe models, machine translation and chat. OpenAI usage requires your organization’s key.
- Organization chat model selection. Administrators can choose the model for new conversations. Existing conversations retain the model they started with.
Improved
- More informative revision history. See recorded actor information, changes to text or structure, status and review-state changes, and whether a revision was published to translation memory.
- Clearer translation and review indicators. The editor distinguishes how a translation was produced from its review state, including unsaved edits and review reports that describe an earlier version.
- More project context in chat. Ask about work needing attention, language-pair workflows, job steps, QA and resources within the current project.
Fixed
- Preserved drafts when a segment changes elsewhere. The editor keeps your local draft and pauses automatic saving so you can compare it with the saved version before deciding what to keep.
- More reliable file cleanup after deletion. Job and project deletion records cleanup work for the associated files, with retries after storage failures.
